Worachart Group Co., Ltd. Supports the Workforce Development Project to Meet Wage Standards and Elevate Thai Welders to International Standards
Worachart Group Co., Ltd. participated in supporting and training for the MIG welding program as part of the workforce development project. The training focused on upgrading skills in the Manual Metal Arc (MMA) welding of carbon steel fillet joints according to international standards. The 18-hour course was held from November 10–12, 2025, for 10 participants at the Skill Development Institute 9, Phitsanulok.
The program aimed to provide participants with international-standard welding techniques, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient work practices. By enhancing the workforce’s capabilities, participants are better positioned to receive wages aligned with skill standards, contribute effectively to the industrial sector, and support the sustainable economic growth of the province.
