The training program was officially opened by Ms. Saischon Tanamnuay, Director of the Loei Skill Development Office. The course, part of the workforce development initiative to support wage payments based on national skill standards, aims to enhance the skills of Thai welders to meet international standards. The training focused on Manual Metal Arc Welding (International Fillet Welder: ISO 9606-1) at the Loei Skill Development Office, Mueang District, Loei Province.
