Worachart Group Supports Welding Machines and Safety Equipment in Training Programs to Develop Workforce Capacity for Wage Payment According to National Skill Standards, under the Activity "Upgrading Thai Workers to Meet Skill Standards for Competitiveness," Aiming to Enhance Knowledge, Competence, and Metal Welding Skills for Employees in Establishments at the Ang Thong Skill Development Office

Ms. Suntaree Chaipichit, Director of the Ang Thong Skill Development Office, presided over the opening ceremony of the 18-hour “Manual Metal Arc Welding Level 1” training course. This course is part of the Workforce Capacity Development Project to Support Wage Payment According to National Skill Standards (Activity: Upgrading Thai Workers to Meet Skill Standards for Competitiveness), aimed at enhancing the knowledge, competence, and metal welding skills of 10 employees in establishments insured under Section 33. The training was held from December 22–24, 2025, at the Ang Thong Skill Development Office, focusing on ensuring participants understand and can perform tasks according to national skill standards, improving work efficiency, and providing the opportunity to apply for wage rates aligned with skill standards. The training was conducted by Mr. Nate Doktian, with Worachat Group Co., Ltd. supporting the event by providing welding machines and safety equipment.
