Jingweitip Roller for Welding
Jingweitip Roller – a wire feeding roller for CO₂ welding machines. Suitable for solid wires, such as steel and stainless steel. The roller feeds the wire smoothly. - U-groove: suitable for aluminum wire because aluminum is soft, requiring a U-groove roller for proper feeding.
- K-groove: suitable for flux-cored wire. The K-groove has a serrated pattern that prevents wire deformation and flux breakage, allowing smooth wire feeding. - V-groove 0.8–1.6 mm: Steel and Stainless Steel - U-groove 1.0–1.6 mm: Aluminum - K-groove 1.2–2.0 mm: Flux Core Wire
